COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Chelsea Jennings had a career-high 29 points and No. 15 Texas A&M shot 62 percent to beat Ole Miss 81-58 on Thursday night.
Jennings scored nine in the third quarter, the last coming on a jumper that gave Texas A&M (13-4, 3-1 SEC) a 55-29 lead with 2:33 left. Ole Miss (9-8, 1-3) got no closer than 18 the rest of the way.
Jennings was 12 of 15 from the field and 5 of 6 from the foul line. Courtney Walker added 17 points and nine rebounds for the Aggies, who have won six of their last seven.
