Bo Wallace, a prominent physician and former Ole Miss quarterback whose 2012-14 seasons under center saw some of the most prolific Rebel offenses in recent memory, was arrested and booked for DUI late last night. The arrest, which took place near West Point, Mississippi, occurred after Wallace had gotten into an accident due to falling asleep behind the wheel.
According to a report given to the Clarion-Ledger by East Mississippi Community College head football coach Buddy Stevens, Wallace took prescription medication during the day, the side effects of which led to his intoxication. He also informed the newspaper that Wallace was returning (presumably to the EMCC campus in Scooba) from working at children's football camp.
