It’s been a busy couple of years for Ole Miss athletic director Ross Bjork.
Among a litany of duties, Bjork oversees the athletic venues that continue to evolve, with none more evident than Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. Now entering his fifth year at the helm, Bjork recently talked about the future projects on campus.
“We plan on doing a lot of painting (at VHS) this summer,” Bjork said.
The 102-year-old facility saw its capacity raised to 64,038 last season after the north end zone was bowled in and field-level suites were added. One plan that Bjork hopes to be completed soon is a bell tower and walkway to The Grove on campus.
