Three-star offensive lineman Lavante Epson committed to Ole Miss on Wednesday night.
Epson, a class of 2017 prospect from Washington School in Greenville, Mississippi, chose Ole Miss over offers from Alabama, Mississippi State, Tennessee and California.
Epson made his announcement on Twitter.
Epson, who is 6-foot-3, 315 pounds, is the No. 29 offensive guard nationally and the No. 15 overall recruit in the state of Mississippi, according to 247Sports Composite.
Last week, on June 9, Epson attended a camp at Ole Miss. He attended Alabama’s Junior Day in February and made two unofficial visits to Mississippi State last November and September.
