The junior college rankings No. 3 safety chose to commit to the Rebels after only taking official visitors this summer to Memphis and Oxford.
Haynes, the No. 39 overall junior college player also holds offers from Colorado, Florida Atlantic, Kansas, Mississippi State, Southern Miss, and is receiving interest from Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and LSU.
