Pro-style quarterback Jack Miller already is a hot commodity on the recruiting trail — and he’s still in ninth grade.
Miller (6 feet 3, 197 pounds) will be a sophomore this fall at Scottsdale (Ariz.) Chaparral, in the Phoenix suburbs. He received a scholarship offer last week from Florida State; that came on the heels of offers from Arizona and Arizona State.
“He now has five (FBS) offers in Florida State, Louisiana Tech, Arizona State, Arizona and Memphis,” his father, Jack Sr., told GN. “His high school coach (Thomas Lewis) told us Southern Cal, LSU and Texas A&M (have inquired) about him.
