Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club will hold a development camp for team prospects July 12-17 at Xcel Energy Center. The on-ice sessions will be led by Minnesota Wild assistant coaches John Anderson, Darby Hendrickson and Scott Stevens, Iowa Wild Head Coach Derek Lalonde, Associate Head Coach David Cunniff and Assistant Coach Pascal Rheaume, along with Minnesota Wild Director of Player Development Brad Bombardir, Player Development Coach Richard Park, Skating Skills Coach Andy Ness and Goaltender Development Coach Frederic Chabot. In addition, players will participate in daily strength and conditioning sessions, as well as other off-ice topics, including cooking, finance and nutrition education.
