They may not be as good as past Chicago teams, but the Blackhawks don't appear to be phased by that. They now hold a commanding 2-0 lead on the series.
The Minnesota Wild now find themselves in an identical situation to last year as they head home for a chance to knot up the series. It'll all be for nothing if they can't win on the road, but let's just win at home first, shall we?
The Wild have depth, a (generally) solid defense and good goaltending - they're a Final-8 team in the league for the second year in a row - but they'll always be a Minnesota/Chicago series away from making tee times if something isn't done to remedy the situation.
