Tyler Graovac, the Wild's biggest training camp surprise, skated with teammates Tuesday for the first time since suffering a groin strain in the team's season opener Oct. 8.
He likely will be held out of the team's back-to-back games against Chicago and St. Louis on Friday and Saturday, coach Mike Yeo said, but Graovac's appearance at Tuesday's morning skate was a positive sign.
It's possible the team could be targeting Nov. 5, a home game against Nashville, as Graovac's return date.
"Until we can get him in there and see him in some battle drills and get him up to speed more, (he'll stay out)," Yeo said.
