LOS ANGELES -- In desperate need of an offensive spark, the Wild called up forward Jordan Schroeder with plans to insert him into the lineup against the Los Angeles Kings late Thursday night.
Still, it's a fairly mild personnel shakeup for the moribund Wild, losers of five straight and 8 of 10 overall. Minnesota has scored 16 goals in its past 10 games, but coach Mike Yeo said he isn't going to sit a slumping veteran.
"I'm not going to take one of our key guys, or one of our leaders, or one of the guys that we count on to score, out," Yeo said.
