Wild center Erik Haula said sitting out Monday's game against the Dallas Stars, his third straight healthy scratch, is "brutal."
That stretch has coincided with the acquisition of Jarret Stoll, claimed off waivers from the Rangers last week, but coach Mike Yeo said he hasn't been disappointed with Haula's play.
"This is nothing against Haula. We thought very hard about him coming into (Monday's) game, but we decided to go with the same lineup," said Yeo, whose team is 1-1-0 and has scored a combined eight goals the past two games. "But I feel that Haula was playing good hockey.
