The Minnesota Wild has reassigned forward Jordan Schroeder to the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Schroeder, 25 (9/29/90), was recalled under emergency conditions on Friday and skated 9:34 and was a plus-1 in Minnesota’s 3-2 win over St. Louis on Saturday. He tallied eight points (3-5=8) in 25 games with Minnesota last season and recorded 28 points (10-18=28) in 35 contests with Iowa. The 5-foot-9, 184-pound native of Lakeville, Minn., also skated in three Stanley Cup Playoff games with Minnesota. He owns 23 points (9-14=23) in 82 career NHL contests with Vancouver and Minnesota.
