Wild prospect Gustav Olofsson doesn't let a lost year slow him down

A week into what was supposed to be a breakout season in the minor leagues, Gustav Olofsson had to be spoon-fed food.

His left arm was in a sling after he had shoulder surgery that not only caused him to miss a crucial year of development on the ice but also left him in need of help to do even routine tasks -- like feed himself.

Expected to shine last season with the Iowa Wild, Olofsson was out with his third shoulder subluxation suffered in the very first game. That required surgery that kept him out all season.
