The Minnesota Wild announced today that Westview Elementary in Apple Valley, Minn., and Minnewaska Area Elementary of Glenwood, Minn., are the two winning schools of the first-ever “Wild Playoff Spirit” contest. A total of 80 schools entered the contest, which ran for just three days from April 29 – May 1.
“Our students and staff are so proud to be chosen the greater Minnesota winner of the ‘Wild Playoff Spirit’ contest,” said Linda Schmidt, principal of Minnewaska Area Elementary School. “Our school has such great spirit for all of our sports teams, but it has been especially fun to show our support for the Minnesota Wild as they continue their quest for the 2015
