Late in the 2nd period play was stopped as Tyler Myers laid still and motionless near the door to the Jets’ bench in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup First Round. The NBC/USA Network broadcast didn’t show a great angle of the play, but what we did see was that Wild forward Marcus Foligno engaged Myers near the blue line and Myers went down, needing help to get back up.
What we saw was Foligno go down to block a shot, then attempt to get back up to finish his check.
