Earlier this week, after the Wild built a 2-1 lead in their first-to-four playoff series with St. Louis, they spoke at length of taking advantage of their opportunity.
They had a chance, they noted, to take a commanding 3-1 lead in Game 4 on home ice.
Instead, Wednesday's Game 4 quickly turned into a debacle, an embarrassing 6-1 loss that evened the series.
Now the Wild return to St. Paul after a 4-1 win in St. Louis Friday night, again talking about the opportunity they have, this time a chance to win a playoff series on home ice for the first time in franchise history.
