No. 1 Star: Ben Bishop, Tampa Bay Lightning

Just two days after a big Game 7 win over the Detroit Red Wings, the Lightning goaltender stopped 44 of 45 Montreal shots on goal in a 2-1 double overtime Game 1 win. It wasn’t easy for Bishop, who had to overcome a game-tying third period flub on the below Max Pacioretty goal.
