The Minnesota Wild were privy to a beating last night from the Colorado Avalanche. A 5-1 defeat that not only dampened hopes to get some good matches against one of the league’s best, but also left Minnesota without a couple of key pieces, as defenseman Matt Dumba is out with a lower-body injury and Marcus Johansson is questionable.
