According to Elliot Friedman, the Wild and Devan Dubnyk will start talking about re-signing the 29-year old goaltender.
"This is where I want to be," Dubnyk said in his season-ending interview. He clearly means a lot to this team after single-handedly back-stopping the Wild to a third straight post-season berth and second consecutive second round appearance. Dubnyk, a Vezina Trophy finalist, had top three numbers this season. His 2.07 Goal Against Average and .929 save percentage was good for second in the entire NHL right behind Vezina favorite Carey Price.
The Wild organization wants him back, and the Dubnyk wants to be back.
