EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer said Wednesday that Xavier Rhodes has passed the NFL’s concussion protocol and should be available for Sunday’s game at the Broncos.
“He’s passed. He’s good,” Zimmer said during a weekly press conference before practice.
Rhodes suffered a concussion late in the first half against San Diego and was replaced by rookie Trae Waynes.
Zimmer was also asked about receiver Charles Johnson (ribs) and said, “I don’t know yet. I don’t know if he’ll be able to go yet. We’ll see.
