MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL — The Wilf Family Center at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s hospital has hosted or is scheduled to host nearly 800 meetings, conferences and events just four months after its unveiling.
The Wilf Family Center was designed to be an intellectual hub, a space in which ideas and advancements in treatment can be exchanged by experts in meetings and conferences with learners here.
A telehealth room incorporates video-conference technology allows communication at other parts of the University of Minnesota’s campus and hospitals across the globe.
The Wilf Family Center opened in February and was made possible by a $5 million gift from the Wilf Family Foundation in December 2013.
