The Minnesota Vikings had plenty of work to do at wide receiver in the wake of the Stefon Diggs trade earlier this offseason. With just Adam Thielen, Olabisi Johnson, Tajae Sharpe, and Chad Beebe on the roster, the Vikings needed to hit the 2020 wide receiver class hard.
In their first handful of picks in the NFL Draft, Minnesota did just that taking Justin Jefferson with the 22nd overall pick. But the Vikings still had a need at receiver as they went into the later rounds on Saturday.
