Hope the your weekend has started off on the right foot with family, food, fun and bacon! Sorry for my absence the last week, I just worked six 12 hour shifts in a row, also a big thank you to Gone Fishin’ for picking up my slack on Thursday and Friday. I’m in central Florida for my wife’s Ironman on Sunday which means I’ll be watching the Vikings game on my laptop or phone and I won’t be cooking out, what are your weekend plans? In the meantime, while we’re waiting for the next Vikings game to start we’ll continue with our Open Thread full of beer and rib recommendations, nap strategies, crock pot and smoker recipes.
