Walter Payton Man of the Year is not Kyle Rudolph of the Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings had a large number of fans who were working extremely hard to get Kyle Rudolph some momentum and support him when it comes to being named Walter Payton Man of the Year.

On Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019, the winner of the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award was revealed during the NFL Honors program. Sadly, the individual revealed to accept the award wasn’t the Vikings tight end.

While Rudolph did win the third annual Charity Challenge thanks to Vikings fans using the hashtag #WPMOYChallenge on social media, the 2018 Man of the Year Award went to Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Chris Long.
