Vikings' best draft class brought Alan Page to 'Purple People Eaters'

Choosing the best draft in Minnesota Vikings history is largely about picking between classes that landed the biggest stars. Is the choice the 1998 draft that landed a pair of six-time Pro Bowlers in Randy Moss and Matt Birk? Perhaps it's the 2007 draft, which brought Adrian Peterson and Sidney Rice to town, or the the 1985 draft that landed Chris Doleman and longtime starting center Kirk Lowdermilk. Ultimately, our choice is the 1967 draft, which set up the Vikings' Super Bowl run with the selection of possibly the greatest player in team history: Alan Page.
