EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- Adrian Peterson's fumbling problems didn't do much lasting damage to the Minnesota Vikings in a 26-16 win over the Detroit Lions on Sunday, thanks to some good luck: Peterson lost one of his two fumbles on the Lions' 11-yard line, but managed to recover the other one, and had a third fumble on the goal line nullified because of an offside penalty that kept the Lions from taking the ball.
