It’s hard to believe we’re midway through the week already, but we are, and that means that the Minnesota Vikings have put out their first injury report of the week. The team is prepping to take on the Detroit Lions at Ford Field on Sunday afternoon, and the initial injury report shows cause for concern along the offensive line.
Starting left tackle Riley Reiff, who was injured in Sunday’s victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, sat out of Wednesday’s practice with what is being listed as an ankle injury. The injury limited Reiff to just 20 of the team’s 71 offensive snaps against Philadelphia, though I think he got injured, attempted to come back, and ultimately ended up leaving again.
