We are at the midway point of the 2019 NFL season, and the injury report for the Minnesota Vikings going into their Week 9 battle with the Kansas City Chiefs is amazingly short. In fact, you can count all of the players that the Vikings listed on one hand and still have a couple of fingers left over.
The big news is that wide receiver Adam Thielen, who hasn’t been on the field since the end of the first quarter in Detroit in Week 7, returned to practice on Wednesday afternoon. Granted, it was in a “limited capacity,” which apparently means he took part in individual drills, but he was back practicing again.
