We’re sorry that we missed this news yesterday. Then again, I’m guessing a lot of other people did, too.
On Monday, the Minnesota Vikings brought an end to what might have been the least productive free agent signing in team history when they released wide receiver Tajae Sharpe.
Sharpe signed a one-year deal with the Vikings back in March, and there was speculation that he could at least fight for time as the team’s #3 receiver. And, hoo boy, did that ever not happen. This season, Sharpe caught exactly the same number of passes for the Vikings as I did.
