EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (WCCO) — The Minnesota Vikings announced Tuesday they’ve traded middle linebacker Gerald Hodges to the San Francisco 49ers.
In return, the Vikings are getting rookie center Nick Easton and a sixth round draft pick in 2016.
Hodges has seen plenty of action on the Vikings defense this season. He had been fourth on the team with 20 tackles, including 14 solo tackles and one sack.
Easton was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Baltimore Ravens. He was traded to the 49ers before the start of the regular season.
