BLOOMINGTON, Minn. -- Eleven days into the offseason, the Minnesota Vikings have established a clear-cut set of objectives they’ll aim to follow in the coming weeks and months.
The organization’s top priority? Hire a new offensive coordinator. After that, the Vikings will shift focus to finding their quarterback for 2018 and beyond.
“We want to pick the best guy that we can bring in,” general manager Rick Spielman said. “After we handle that, then we’ll go to the next step. Next week, we’re in our Vikings personnel meetings. And then we’re going into the draft meetings the following week, and then the UDFA meetings before we all head to the combine.
