It's been a difficult season for Vikings wide receiver Charles Johnson, but Mike Wallace is helping him through it.
Johnson was a key player in the final seven games of 2014, catching 25 passes for 415 yards not long after being plucked off Cleveland's practice squad. But he's mostly been a nonentity this year, having lost his job to rookie Stefon Diggs.
Wallace, Minnesota's other starting receiver, makes a point of telling Johnson to keep his head up, and Johnson is thankful.
"Mike's a vet, man," Johnson said. "He's been around a long time, and, I mean, we all help one another and we support one another.
