Eden Prairie, MN (August 21, 2015) - The Vikings have signed a purchase agreement for the former Northwest Airlines headquarters property located at the intersection of Dodd Road and Lone Oak Parkway in Eagan, MN. The agreement for the approximate 185-acre space allows the Vikings to move forward with a due diligence period to further evaluate the site as a potential location for the team's future headquarters and training facility.
“As we have previously discussed, the existing Winter Park training facility poses space and flexibility challenges for the Vikings as we continue to grow and evolve,” said Vikings Chief Operating Officer Kevin Warren.
