The Minnesota Vikings have once again re-shuffled the practice squad, adding some depth at offensive tackle with the status of both Riley Reiff and Mike Remmers looking uncertain for the short term.
On Tuesday, the Vikings signed offensive tackle Storm Norton to the practice squad. Norton played his college ball at the University of Toledo, and went undrafted in this year’s selection process.
The 6’8”, 310-pound Norton was signed by the Detroit Lions in the post-draft signing rush, and spent Training Camp with Detroit. He was cut and signed to the practice squad, and was actually promoted to the active roster for a couple of days before being released again and re-signed to the practice squad.
