The Minnesota Vikings have announced that WR Jarius Wright has signed a contract extension with the club. Wright posted career-highs in starts (7), receptions (42) and receiving yards (588) in 2014. His game-winning 87-yard TD reception in overtime against the Jets (12/7/14) was the longest reception of his career and the 2nd longest in the NFL that season. The Arkansas native has 7 career receiving TDs and 2 career games with 100 receiving yards. The former Razorback joined the Vikings in 2012 when being selected in the 4th round (#118 overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft.
