Over the weekend, the Minnesota Vikings hosted a workout featuring nine players, including a few former XFLers from this past season.
One of those players, IOL Jack Snyder, was officially signed to a contract on Monday just before veterans are set to report to training camp on Tuesday. The news was reported by Aaron Wilson of KPRC2, who tweeted on Monday evening, “Vikings are signing former @XFLRoughnecks offensive guard Jack Snydner @sanjosestate, per a league source.”
Snyder spent his five collegiate years at San Jose State, playing exclusively at left tackle for the Spartans.
