Vikings say they're focused on winning games, not Pro Bowl berths

A year after being completely snubbed for the first time in 31 years, the Vikings only had star running back Adrian Peterson named to the 2015 Pro Bowl.

Their solid defensive unit was shut out. Injuries to three leading candidates -- nose tackle Linval Joseph, outside linebacker Anthony Barr and free safety Harrison Smith -- likely hindered their chances.

"I'm over the Pro Bowl," defensive end Brian Robison huffed Wednesday. "It's a popularity contest. It's just one of those things where you see some guys absolutely deserve to make it and guys that don't make it you wonder how the heck they didn't make it.
