Vikings HC Mike Zimmer told reporters on Thursday that QB Sam Bradford will not play in their Week 4 game against the Lions.
“He’s feeling better, he’s just not ready to play,” Zimmer said of Bradford, per Chad Graff.
This means that the Vikings will go with Case Keenum as their starter for the third straight game.
Bradford, 29, is a former first-round pick of the Rams back in 2010. He spent four years with the Rams before he was traded to the Eagles in 2015.
