EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — The 2017 season is inching closer.
The Vikings are focused on Organized Team Activities this week, as players and coaches will hit the field at Winter Park for practices.
While players won’t be in pads just yet, the sessions will give the Vikings a chance to implement what they’ve learned in the classroom on the field.
Minnesota has injected a bevy of fresh faces to its roster in recent months. There are 39 players on the 90-man roster who weren’t with the team at the end of the 2016 season.
