Vikings QB Teddy Bridgewater 'needs to play better,' coach says

Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater delivered his worst performance of the year Sunday in Green Bay.

He completed just 53 percent of his passes for a total of 99 yards, both season lows. Yet Minnesota overcame its quarterback's struggles to beat Green Bay and win the NFC North title, thanks largely to a defense that held Aaron Rodgers in check and scored just as many touchdowns as the Vikings' offense.

Bridgewater didn't throw a touchdown pass for the sixth time this season and the right-handed quarterback threw an interception with his left hand, which he called "one of the dumbest things in my career playing football.
