This Vikings team is having one heck of an odd season, filled with great, good, bad, and ugly. It feels as if this team is playing a game of whack-a-mole where each week something is fixed just to have something else pop up on the other side of the yard.
One week (like this one) it’s stupid injuries and disappointing quarterback play. Another, it’s the turnovers. And another, it’s a great game that was won the right way with plenty of signs for optimism.
The Vikings started on a 3-game losing streak, won one, lost one, rattled off 5 wins in a row, lost two, and now won another.
