EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- There will be no new T-shirts for Minnesota Vikings players this week.
Before the Vikings' game against the Green Bay Packers on Nov. 22, players found black shirts with the NFC North logo on the front and the phrase "Beat Green Bay!" printed in capital letters on the back. Coach Mike Zimmer said that week he was responsible for the shirts, but after the week ended with a 30-13 trouncing at home, the Vikings won't use a similar motivational ploy before this week's NFC North title game at Lambeau Field.
