Vikings’ owners expect the team to be ‘a lot better’ in 2019

Expectations were high for the Minnesota Vikings last year and they failed to even come close to them. There is no arguing about that.

But just because the Vikings had a disappointing season in 2018, doesn’t mean that their ownership will be satisfied with another mediocre campaign in 2019. After reaching the NFC Championship less than two years ago, Minnesota’s owners still believe the team is capable of doing something similar during the upcoming season.

Vikings owner Mark Wilf recently spoke with the Star Tribune’s Sid Hartman about what the team’s ownership is expecting for 2019.
