Stefon Diggs wears a football jersey at work, but he was talking Sunday as if he had on a button-down shirt.
The Vikings receiver caught a 15-yard touchdown pass in the back left corner of the end zone from Teddy Bridgewater in the first quarter of a 38-17 victory over Chicago at TCF Bank Stadium. Diggs was well covered, but Bridgewater hit him on the chest and the rookie got both feet down.
It turns out the Vikings have a name for such as pass that seems borrowed from a 9-to-5 worker.
"It was a front pocket, as we call it," Diggs said.
