The Minnesota Vikings will be in full-swing practice tomorrow as the veterans report to training camp for the remainder of the summer.
However, before that happens, Minnesota has made a number of roster moves. These moves include the addition of rookie UDFA Andre Carter to the Physically Unable to Perform list while veteran IOL Chris Reed goes to the Non-Football Injury List.
