One of Minneapolis-St. Paul’s leaders in the legal community and a champion for diversity and inclusion, Nelsen will have direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Vikings Legal and Human Resources Departments. She joins the team after spending the past 18 years with Cargill, most recently serving as Law Vice President & North America General Counsel, a title she held since 2012. During her tenure with Cargill, she helped establish a unified global team as she held leadership positions while based in Moscow, Geneva and Singapore before returning to the United States in 2012. She supported a broad range of Cargill businesses and geographies and provided antitrust expertise to Cargill’s businesses in the United States.
