Vikings' Mike Wallace: Grousing doesn't help

Mike Wallace gets it now. Grousing for balls doesn't pay once you've been paid.

The Vikings veteran wide receiver is content to play the long game in Minnesota after being acquired in a March trade from Miami, which offloaded most of Wallace's $30 million guaranteed contract through 2017.

He remains the team's leading receiver with 22 catches for 256 yards and a touchdown. Rookie Stefon Diggs is hot on his heels with 216 yards in his first two NFL starts, becoming Minnesota's first receiver to eclipse 100 yards in a game with 129 in Sunday's 16-10 victory over Kansas City.
