In the National Football League, being asked to go on the road in three consecutive weeks is a rarity. Even more rare is winning all three of those games away from home, but the Minnesota Vikings pulled it off thanks to their 30-27 overtime win over Chicago on Sunday at Soldier Field. By doing so, they made franchise history.
According to the Vikings’ PR department, these past three games marked the eleventh time that the team has played games away from the Twin Cities in three consecutive weeks.
