Vikings: Injuries leave linebackers short of bodies

Eric Kendricks didn't play, Anthony Barr left after the game with his left arm in a cast, and Audie Cole's season ended with a fractured right foot.

It was indeed a difficult day for Vikings linebackers.

Kendricks, the starter at middle linebacker, sat out Sunday's 21-18 overtime victory over St. Louis with a rib issue and was replaced by Cole, who was injured in the fourth quarter.

"It's tough, but I've got to deal with it," said Cole, who left TCF Bank Stadium on crutches.

Barr had his arm in a cast following a hit he made during the game and said he would be getting X-rays.
