Outside of Adam Thielen, there are zero wide receivers on the current roster of the Minnesota Vikings who have finished a season with more than 45 catches.
Even before they decided to trade Stefon Diggs this year, the Vikings were already lacking receiver depth heading into next season. But with Diggs now gone, Minnesota’s need for experienced pass-catchers has grown even larger.
The Vikings did recently sign Tajae Sharpe, but he’s not expected to make that much of a difference in 2020. Aside from Sharpe, the rest of Minnesota’s receiver depth chart includes guys like Olabisi Johnson, Chad Beebe, Alexander Hollins, Davion Davis, and Dillon Mitchell.
